We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Nurse to support our clients, and to support, develop and oversee their Support Workers across the North West of England. This role requires a dynamic, person-centred, holistic approach to care, empowering our clients to achieve their full potential.

Support Worker – Acquired Brain Injury Care - Hazel Grove

We are seeking motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dynamic care team, supporting a young male living with an acquired brain injury. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone's life, this is your chance to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and rehabilitation in a supportive and empowering environment.


Working Hours:

Full and part time posts available

Shifts are 9am–9pm and 9pm–9am, worked flexibly across the week.

The role involves working as part of a 2:1, 24/7 support team, including sleeping nights.


Pay:

£13.52 day rate

£14.56 weekend rate​

£9.88 - £10.30 per hour sleep nights (12am - 8am)​

Children's Complex Care Support Worker - Bolton

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join a close-knit care team, working alongside the family to provide personalised support for a 14-year-old girl with cerebral palsy in the comfort of her own home. If you are gentle, fun-loving, and passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you!


The role involves all aspects of personal care, manual handling, PEG feeding, administration of medication and support with communication. The client has her own wheelchair accessible vehicle which you will be required to drive on occasions.


Due to the personal nature of the care provided, the client and her family have expressed a preference for female carers.


 

Job Type: Part-time. Must be available to start at 6am on weekdays. Occasional Weekend hours and school holiday availability required. 

Pay: £14.42-£15.62 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week

Female Carer Support Worker - Rochdale

We are seeking a compassionate, gentle, kind, fun and dedicated female Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our young client in his home and school settings. This position requires a strong understanding of acquired brain injury, care plans, and the ability to assist with all daily needs. The Support Worker will work closely with therapists, parents and case managers to ensure that our clients needs are met with dignity and respect. 


 

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week. Successful candidates will be flexible to cover a range of different shifts, will include one weekend day, working at home and school.
