Overview

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual seeking to make a positive impact? Join our team as a Care Support Worker, providing essential support to a young lady with physical disabilities and complex health needs in her own home, and within the community.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Worker, you play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of a young person.

Your responsibilities include providing personalized care which involves supporting personal care routines, facilitating manual handling, and assisting with medical needs. Emphasizing a person-centred approach, you will contribute to enriching our client’s life through creatively identified and actioned everyday activities. In this role, you will actively collaborate with a compassionate care team, dedicated therapists, and the client's family which is essential to deliver care centred around the unique needs and preferences of our client.

As an integral part of the network, you'll have the opportunity to support the client in a range of different settings including her home and within the community. It is therefore essential that you would be able to drive the client, who has her own wheelchair-adapted vehicle, to various appointments. Full training will be thoughtfully provided.

Located in the area of Wythenshawe, Manchester, this role may occasionally involve work in other locations, providing a dynamic and diverse work environment.
