We are seeking motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dynamic care team, supporting a young male living with an acquired brain injury. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone's life, this is your chance to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and rehabilitation in a supportive and empowering environment.
Our client lives in his own adapted home and leads a full and active lifestyle. He has an interest in cars, motorbikes and fishing. He enjoys days out, visits to the pub, concerts and comedy gigs. He takes regular holidays, both in the UK and abroad, accompanied by his support team. Our client has communication needs and utilises alternative communication methods. Detailed knoweledge of the English language is essential. You’ll also be required to drive his wheelchair-adapted vehicle, enabling him to engage with his community and attend medical and therapy appointments including hydrotherapy.
