The role of the expert witnesses is to assist the court on matters which are outside the knowledge and experience of the court and which, by virtue of the knowledge, training, or expertise, are within the healthcare professional’s field of expertise.

At Rebuild 4 Life we have the necessary clinical knowledge, training and experience to act as an expert witness. Our healthcare professionals who act as expert witnesses undertake specific training for being an expert witness and the expectations and responsibilities of this role.
