Specialist Registered Nurse - North West England

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Nurse to support our clients, and to support, develop and oversee their Support Workers across the North West of England. This role requires a dynamic, person-centred, holistic approach to care, empowering our clients to achieve their full potential.


As a Specialist Nurse, you will bring:

  • Expertise in complex care.
  • Experience in training and development.
  • A passion for improving the lives of individuals with acquired brain injury.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the medical, care and rehabilitation needs of people with brain and spinal cord injury.
  • Lead, support and develop teams of Support Workers, ensuring outstanding care delivery.
  • Provide expert training and development to staff in complex care.
  • Delegate nursing and care tasks to Support Workers, ensuring competence to the necessary level.
  • Promote a client-focused, empowering approach to care.
  • Uphold Rebuild 4 Life’s commitment to excellence and compliance with CQC standards.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse with relevant registration.
  • Specialist experience in complex care.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care.

Location

Work from home with ability to travel to various community locations, usually within the Northwest of England


Working Hours

This is a part-time position of 22.5 - 30 hours per week, with core working hours to be agreed upon with the Manager. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the role.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,520.00 per year pro-rata

Expected hours: 22.5 – 30 per week
