Nicola Hunter
Personal Assistant with over 11 years experience in Brain Injury Case Management administration.
Nicola has worked in the field of Brain Injury Case Management since early 2011 and has developed a wealth of knowledge. Nicola’s knowledge of brain injury and the difficulties it brings for all those affected has grown and expanded over the years.
Nicola prides herself on rapport building and forming strong relationships with clients and their families. For the majority of her roles in case management, Nicola has supported paediatric case managers, but has experience of the adult clients also.
Before working in case management, she worked for a national high street bank, where her customer service skills were used daily, dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. Nicola says “It was only the collapse of this bank that brought about a career switch, and thank goodness it did, because there is no more a rewarding job than knowing you have helped someone, made their day or even life better in any way possible”.
In her spare time, Nicola enjoys walking her two Greek rescue dogs. Dance fit classes and going on holiday at any given opportunity. Having parents living on a Greek island does help though!!!
